Abstract Submissions

The deadline of Abstracts Submission has passed. We may be announcing a Call for Late-breaking Abstracts soon.

Selection Process

All submissions will undergo blind review process by members of the Scientific Review Committee. Results of paper selection is subject to the final decision of the paper review panel.

Best Paper Award

An award will be given to the best paper. Selected papers will be shortlisted in the review process and the award will be presented during the Conference.

Oral Presentation

Presenters of accepted papers for oral presentation will be given 10-12 minutes during the oral presentation session.

Publication Opportunities

All accepted abstracts from the registered participants will be published in the Journal of Integrative Medicine.

All published abstracts are received with the understanding that they comprise of original materials and do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory or proprietary rights of others. Publication of the accepted papers must be approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out.

Symposia Submissions

Symposia should be submitted through the online submission form by 20 February 2024. The submission guidelines will be found after you logging into the submission system:

Please complete the submission form to submit your symposium suggestion to SAR / RCMI PolyU’s 2024 Conference Programme Committee for consideration.  The Conference will be held at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Hong Kong on 23-25 May 2024.  Selected symposium presenters, once confirmed, will be expected to register for the Conference and will receive a reduced-rate speaker registration for each symposium presenter. 

Symposia submissions will be considered and selected based on scientific and/or educational merit. Topics that relate to the Conference theme will receive highest priority (Conference theme: "Bridging the Two Worlds: Engaging Traditional Chinese Medicine in Modern Health Care "). 

Each selected symposia will be allotted 1.5 hours total (presentations and any time for Q&A with attendees would need to fit within that timeframe). 

Symposia submissions MUST include at least THREE presenters and no more than FIVE presenters.
