Dr. Xianghong Jing is a distinguished Professor of China Academy of Chinese medical Sciences. She is the Director of Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, She has devoted herself in the mechanism of effects of acupuncture and Moxibustion and studied comprehensively and received results on specific and general effects acupoint, acupoint sensitization and correlation between acupoints and viscera. Recently she focused on the mechanism of acupuncture relieving pain and anti-inflammation. She has taken charge of 13 grants supported by National Natural Science Foundation.
