Fang Jianqiao, Ph.D., MD, professor and chief physician, former president of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, and now the director of institute of acupuncture & moxibustion of ZCM, director of key Lab of Acupuncture and Neurology of Zhejiang province. Dr Fang is The Executive Committee of World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies and the Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Qi Huang scholar of traditional Chinese medicine. Prof Fang has been engaged in the teaching, researching and clinical work of TCM and acupuncture since graduation from the university. Up to now, he has chaired more than 10 national scientific research projects and got several rewards for scientific research. His main field is analgesia effect of acupuncture and its mechanism.
